About the Role
1.Responsible for end-to-end quality management throughout the product lifecycle.
2.Establish product standards and define quality requirements before the start of mass production.
3.Lead the improvement of quality-related policies and processes, and drive the development and management of the company's comprehensive quality system (9001, 13485).
4.Handle customer complaints, manage and analyze customer issues, and drive problem resolution and process establishment and improvement.
5.Manage R&D quality management, oversee the execution of processes in the R&D process, and drive improvements in R&D quality issues.
6.Perform other assigned tasks.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields with a background in quality management in hardware, software, and mechanical structures.
5 years or more of relevant work experience in quality management in large-scale manufacturing industries.
Familiarity with AIAG&VDA FMEA tools for evaluation and control standards, with the ability to drive problem improvement cycles.
Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO13485 quality management systems, as well as quality control tools such as QC seven tools, 8D, PDCA, and statistical analysis techniques.
Detail-oriented and responsible, with a strong sense of accountability. Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a collaborative team spirit.
