About the Role

1.Collaborate with overseas sales team to perform on-site or video customer equipment installation, testing, and debugging.

2.Provide guidance, suggestions, and assistance to customers in their work environment to ensure smooth usage of the company's products.

3.Conduct training for customers on scanner operation, design software operation, typesetting software operation, and CNC machine tool usage.

4.Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support, and guide customers in troubleshooting.

5.Follow up with customers, gather feedback, identify and resolve issues.

6.Assist the R&D team in conducting relevant testing and providing feedback on product improvements.

7.Collaborate with the Product Department to track and validate product or dental-related implementation plans.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in engineering or medical device-related fields.

  2. Fluent spoken English.

  3. Strong critical thinking skills, ability to extrapolate from one problem to others, and a strong aptitude for learning.
