2 Technical Support Engineer


Job Description

1.Service existing end user and distributor accounts, in person or virtually in a prompt and friendly manner, and communicate engineering needs to oversea Sales Team.
2.Work with overseas sales in  on-site visiting or remote touching the dealers and reference labs for equipment installation, testing, commissioning and training.
3.Participate in the exhibitions for technical support including repairing and commissioning the repaired products;
4.Train clients to well operate the products including scanner, CAD/CAM software , milling machine and griding machine.
5. Organize technical documents such as troubleshooting;
6. Give constant feedback about the needs and pain points of  customers in terms of  tech and application to Global HQ.
7. Other assignments on occasional base like shipping and handling issues.
